I was slightly stumped - As long as shipment made it out on the floor in a timely manner, I was not concerned with such KPI - are we meeting our sales targets by making our customers happy by simultaneously developing our demographically appropriate stock package and our customer service, that's what I'm more concerned about as a retail manager.
