How would you prioritise accounts?

Prioritise accounts into three tiers - Tier 1s would be those with a certain amount of revenue, headcount, interaction, etc which would be the biggest opportunity to go after - Tier 2 might be opportunity there but still need to uncover and see if I can move it up to tier 1 - Tier 3 would very much be those where there isn't a huge amount of opportunity, but I'd want to create an engagement cadence. Keep them informed about events, new products, maximise touch points I'd build in-depth account plans Align with internal teams Create action plans that holds myself and others accountable
