I have worked as Finance, Admin, and HR Officer with the International Federation of Red Cross & Red Crescent Society–IFRC funded by the British Red Cross (BRC) & Disaster Emergency Committee (DEC) for the SIDR Recovery Program. I was responsible for maintaining accounts, fund management, bank reconciliation, cash forecast, provident fund, payroll, budget revision, and assisting to Program Manager with negotiations and contracts with the vendors/suppliers Responsible for execution of organization HR policies, security policies, code of conduct, conducted staff recruitment for the program, conducted staff induction training, facilitated them about staff benefit, facilities delegation of authority. Arranged the insurance policy for the staff and property of the office as well as program goods, and activities, and create professional relationships with the delegates and colleagues. Conducted staff performance appraisals with the program line in charge. In addition to my practical work experience, I have obtained training of trainers (TOT) on leadership development, and financial management. Also obtained on-the-job training in accounting software SAP, Tally, and FIS. I believe, that possessing the necessary skill, competencies, and attributes as well as hands-on experience and accomplishment of project work, I am confident to carry out the responsibilities mentioned in the job description which I have gathered from my early jobs.
