Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks as Business Development Intern for yoona.ai:
Work closely with Founders to continue optimizing the sales process for our market.
Become a strategic partner to our sales team, working together to test sales messaging, refine our value proposition, and execute our go-to-market strategy.
Drive quality outbound engagement with potential clients every single day (calls, emails, video, social, LinkedIn, etc.).
Grow far beyond the “standard BD” role by being involved in projects to help scale the sales/marketing team.
Leverage yoona's powerful network to establish relationships with new customers.
Master our CRM system to analyze your own performance through activity and metrics.
Requirements:
Hunger for growing and learning. Ideal for students.
Fluent in the German and English languages.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Traits of a self-starter and result-oriented personality.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Take the initiative and work autonomously with minimum guidance.
