We're hiring a mid-level or senior Platform Engineer (SRE) (m/w/d) for our new Platform Engineering Team, supporting global services. This is a hybrid role with at least 2 days per week in the office (Wednesdays and Fridays), and includes participation in an on-call rotation to support 24/7 global services (with added remuneration).
The total compensation package consists of a base salary plus additional remuneration for on-call duties and further additional remuneration for taking part in incidents.
Your mission in a nutshell:
Keep our systems reliable, scalable, and secure. You'll combine SRE practices with SecOps responsibilities and bring software engineering thinking to infrastructure problems.

Build and run our multi-account AWS infrastructure using Terraform/Terragrunt, including container platforms (ECS or Kubernetes)

Maintain CI/CD and GitOps pipelines for containerized services and mobile apps

Operate the observability stack: logging, monitoring, tracing, and alerting; seniors are expected to have designed and built it from scratch

Design and evolve our internal developer platform to reduce toil and cognitive load

Support compliance and governance across GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 Type II

Own reliability practices: on-call rotation, incident response, and blameless postmortems
Experience level

Mid-level: 3+ years in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering. You've independently operated infrastructure, CI/CD, and database clusters in production environments with 15+ services

Senior: 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering. You've independently designed and owned infrastructure, CI/CD, and database clusters in production environments with 15+ services, plus mentored junior engineers
