Wir sind ein junges, multikulturelles und dynamisches Team und wir suchen ein/e Junior DSP Advertising Manager*in. Deine Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung bei der Planung, Durchführung und Optimierung von programmatischen Werbekampagnen über verschiedene Demand Side Platforms (DSPs).
• Mithilfe bei der Entwicklung von Strategien und Taktiken zur Verbesserung der Kampagnenleistung basierend auf den Unternehmenszielen.
• Analyse von Kampagnendaten und Erstellung von Berichten zur Bewertung der Kampagnenperformance und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams (z.B. Sales, Kreativ, Analytics).
• Verfolgen, Anpassen und Optimieren von Geboten zur Verbesserung der Rentabilität, mit Fokus auf Budgets und Kosten

Dein Profil:

• Erste Erfahrungen im Management von programmatischen Werbekampagnen oder der Amazon DSP Konsole
• Du liebst Zahlen, hast ein analytisches Denken und sehr gute MS Excel Kenntnisse
• Erfahrung in Datenanalyse und Reporting
• Sehr gute analytische und problemlösungsorientierte Fähigkeiten
• Du bist ein/e Teamplayer/in
• Du magst unsere Philosophie und hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität

We are a young, multicultural and dynamic team and we are currently looking for a Senior DSP Advertising Manager. Your tasks:

• Assist in the planning, execution and optimisation of programmatic advertising campaigns across various Demand Side Platforms (DSPs).
• Assist in the development of strategies and tactics to improve campaign performance based on business objectives.
• Analyse campaign data and produce reports to evaluate campaign performance and recommend actions.
• Work closely with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Creative, Analytics).
• Track, adjust and optimise bids to improve profitability, with a focus on budgets and costs.
• You will work in constant contact with our marketing teams from Germany, Spain, France Italy to harmonise our strategies

Your Profile:

• First experience in the management of programmatic advertising campaigns or the Amazon DSP console
• You love numbers, have an analytical mind and very good MS Excel skills
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Very good analytical and problem solving skills
• You are a team player
• You like our philosophy and have a hands-on mentality
