As our part-time Office Manager, you will help ensure that office operations run smoothly, consistently, and professionally on site. Working closely with our Senior Office & Event Manager and partnering with teams such as People and Finance, you will take ownership of recurring office processes, support employees and visitors with day-to-day office needs, and contribute to a well-organized and welcoming working environment. The role combines hands-on operational support with a proactive approach to improving office routines, coordination, and the day-to-day workplace experience.
Working Model: Part-time (20 to 25 hours per week), with onsite presence in Berlin across 5 working days.
