We are looking for a motivated and talented Compiler Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of GPU-focused compiler technologies.
In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize compiler functionality to improve performance and efficiency across advanced GPU systems and AI-driven workloads.
- Design and implement state-of-the-art compiler translations and optimizations targeting GPU architectures
- Investigate, prototype, and deliver new techniques to improve performance and efficiency
- Analyze workloads, perform benchmarking, and evaluate compiler behavior on real hardware
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance compiler support for AI and data center applications
- Contribute to improving compilation technologies aligned with modern hardware features
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related STEM field with 4+ years of experience, or Master’s with 3+ years, or PhD
- Strong programming skills in C and C++
- Knowledge of LLVM internals and/or GPU/CPU compiler technologies
- Familiarity with modern software development tools and practices
- Experience developing compiler optimizations (middle-end or backend)
- Background in performance analysis and tuning
- Understanding of GPU architecture and programming models
- Experience with GPU compute APIs such as OpenCL or OneAPI
- Familiarity with heterogeneous systems and AI workloads
