• Participate in the development, planning, management, and execution of C4 training exercises.
• Lead C4 exercise planning for HQ USEUCOM Theater of Operation with specialized expertise and focus on North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) operations and training.
• EnsureC4 training objectives are developed for USEUCOM Exercises.
• Oversee the planning and development of resources in support of exercises and represents the command in the development, coordination, and conduct of intra-service planning conferences.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service which includes 1) Providing guidance on Command, Control, Communication, (2) and Computers (C4)/Cyber training exercises for an organization; (3) and Overseeing the implementation of Command, Control, Communication, and Computers (C4)/Cyber training exercises for an organization.
