We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to the Head of CIB DACH (Assistant Vice President) for our Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) DACH and Global FIG (GFIG) Devision to join our team!
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a highly international environment, with exposure across EMEA, Asia, and the US - and provides high-quality executive support to the Head of CIB DACH, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective coordination across a complex, international stakeholder environment. It contributes directly to the efficiency and effectiveness of the CIB DACH leadership team
Our role will enable you to:
collaborate with senior stakeholders across EMEA, Asia, and the Americas
act as a central interface across internal functions such as HR, Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Operations
support leadership interactions both internally and externally, including client-facing activities
drive operational excellence in a fast-paced business
The anticipated salary range for this role is €64,000.00 - €96,000.00, with the final offer determined based on the candidate’s skills, experience, role scope, location, and relevant market factors. In addition to base salary, the role may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award and a competitive benefits package, including core benefits such as pension provision.

Experience & Qualifications:
4–6 years of relevant experience in executive or senior administrative support
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage complexity
Excellent communication skills with experience supporting senior stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Desirable:
Experience in financial services or international corporate environments
