We actively engage our community across multiple channels — our website, Discord, email campaigns, in-app announcements, online shop, and partner collaborations.

As we continue to grow, MobiFlight is exploring a subscription-based model for an open-source project — a unique and exciting opportunity that blends community values with sustainable innovation.

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and motivated Marketing & Community Intern to help us explore new ways to reach and engage our global audience. You’ll work directly with the MobiFlight founder and community leads to design and experiment with marketing campaigns, newsletters, product presentations, and engagement specials across our communication channels. This role is perfect for someone who loves testing ideas, learning through experimentation, and driving meaningful community interactions.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and support cross-channel marketing initiatives (web, Discord, email, app, and shop).
• Develop content for newsletters, product pages, and community announcements.
• Create compelling product presentations and visual assets for the online shop.
• Assist in designing and evaluating community engagement campaigns (user vs. partner audiences).
• Contribute ideas to position and promote MobiFlight’s new subscription-based model.

What We’re Looking For

• Student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German a plus).
• Interest in technology, open-source communities, or flight simulation.
• Proactive, creative thinker who’s eager to learn and take initiative.
