Wir sind ein junges, multikulturelles und dynamisches Team und wir suchen ein/e Senior Amazon Advertising Manager*in. Deine Aufgaben:

• Verantwortung für die Planung, Durchführung und Optimierung von Amazon-Werbekampagnen in enger Abstimmung mit unserem Team Lead Performance Marketing
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von innovativen Strategien zur Steigerung der Sichtbarkeit und Konversionsrate unserer Produkte auf Amazon.
• Analyse der Kampagnenperformance, Identifikation von Verbesserungspotential und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit internen Teams (Vertrieb, Marketing, Logistik) sowie mit externen Partnern.
• Weiterentwicklung unseres herausragenden Teams von Amazon Advertising Spezialist:innen.
• Operative und startegische Verantwortung für die Gestaltung und Umsetzung von AMS-Werbekampagnen
• Umfassende Erstellung, Kontrolle, Überwachung und Nachregulierung von Such- und programmatischen Werbekampagnen
• Verfolgen, Anpassen und Optimieren von Geboten zur Verbesserung der Rentabilität, mit Fokus auf Budgets und Kosten
• Verfolgung und Festlegung von täglichen, wöchentlichen und monatlichen KPIs zur Ermittlung von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten
• Du wirst in ständigem Kontakt mit unseren Marketingteams aus Deutschland, Spanien, Frankreich Italien, den Niederlanden und Schweden arbeiten, um unsere Strategien zu harmonisieren

Dein Profil:

• Mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Berufserfahrung und Expertise in Amazon PPC / AMS
• Du liebst Zahlen und hast sehr gute MS Excel Kenntnisse
• Tiefgreifendes Verständnis der Amazon-Plattform und der Mechanismen von Amazon PPC.
• Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung mit gängigen Analyse-Tools.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten.
• Ausgezeichnete analytische und problemlösungsorientierte Fähigkeiten
• Du hast keine Angst, Deine Meinung zu sagen, Du bist kreativ und gestaltest unsere Strategien aktiv mit!
• Du sprichst Englisch oder Deutsch auf einem sehr guten Niveau - andere Sprachen sind ein Plus!
• Du bist ein/e Teamplayer/in und hast gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Du magst unsere Philosophie und hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität

We are a young, multicultural and dynamic team and we are currently looking for a Senior DSP Advertising Manager. Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the planning, implementation and optimisation of Amazon advertising campaigns in close coordination with our Lead Performance Marketing team.
• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to increase the visibility and conversion rate of our products on Amazon.
• Analysis of campaign performance, identification of potential for improvement and derivation of recommendations for action.
• Close cooperation and communication with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) as well as with external partners.
• Further development of our outstanding team of Amazon Advertising specialists.
• Operational and strategic responsibility for the design and implementation of AMS advertising campaigns.
• Comprehensive creation, control, monitoring and readjustment of search and programmatic advertising campaigns
• Tracking, adjusting and optimising bids to improve profitability, with a focus on budgets and costs
• Track and set daily, weekly and monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for optimisation
• You will work in constant contact with our marketing teams from Germany, Spain, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Sweden to harmonise our strategies.
