· Aufbereiten von Personalkennzahlen und Informationen an den Firmenhauptsitz (EAN, Bonuszahlungen, Personalkennzahlen, Mitarbeiteranzahl, etc.)

· Vorschläge zur Verbesserung des Personalverwaltungsprozesses unterbreiten

· Verwaltung der persönlichen Daten der Mitarbeiter und der Personalakten

· Kontakte zu Personalberatern, Krankenkassen, Lohnsteuerbüro, Agentur für Arbeit, etc.

· Erstellen der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse für Personalkennzahlen

· Erstellen von Bescheinigungen für Krankenkassen, Rentenversicherung, Agentur für Arbeit, etc.

· Erstellen von Statistiken (Personalkennzahlen)

· Vorbereitung und Überwachung des jährlichen Appraisal-Prozesses

· Bearbeiten der Appraisals – ggf. Rückmeldung über Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen

· Überwachung des Budgets zur Personalentwicklung für extern durchgeführte Trainings

Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Koordination von Trainings/Weiterbildungen

· Preparing and overseeing the annual appraisal process
