As Program Lead for the TI STG Productivity and Lean program, you are the driving force behind our strategic productivity and lean governance, contributing significantly to STG’s financial ambition and profitability. As key interface to all STG functions and the SE global productivity office and lean community you set targets, align initiatives, foster international and cross-functional collaboration, develop and grow the lean community and foster a continuous improvement mind-set.

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities.
