International Sailing School Trainee (English and German Required)

Location: Marmaris / Göcek, Türkiye

We are looking for a motivated and adventurous young professional to join our international sailing academy and community in the beautiful bays of Marmaris and Göcek.

This is not a typical office internship.

You will spend time on sailing yachts, assist with guest relations, help organize sailing camps and events, support social media and community activities, and become part of an international network of sailors, entrepreneurs, students, and travelers.

What You Will Do

• Support daily academy and camp operations
• Welcome and assist international guests
• Help with social media content and community management
• Assist with event organization and logistics
• Learn the basics of sailing and life at sea
• Work closely with our instructors and international participants

What We Are Looking For

• Good English communication skills
• German language skills are a strong plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working outdoors and in team environments
• Interest in travel, sailing, sports, or community building
• Responsible, organized, and proactive personality

Previous sailing experience is NOT required.
