      Some of the processes still need to be build ... which is also good because we can define & build them

      Good work life balance with focus on quality of work rather than counting hours. Flexible hours, great community, yearly off-site trip

      Cons

      Consulting can sometimes be long hours. WFH can make you feel disconnected. Infosys takeover has already started to limit things such as internal travel.
