      Cons

      At a certain stage growth is stagnant. Salary is not good enough as compared to other companies of same level.

      Pros

      You are able to meet and work with many different manufacturers in the industry. Coworkers were very friendly at our branch location. Traveling is a plus without being overbearing.

      Cons

      Pay was a bit low. Higher-up structure can be tricky to navigate.
