      Pros

      FDM Group is a wonderful company that gives fresh graduates, people who want to change their careers, former military personnel, etc. an opportunity to have a successful new start in the professional world. FDM Group has a phenomenally helpful and thoughtful HR team. I can only be ever so grateful that I was hired by FDM Group!

      There are no cons. You can only go higher in life if you join FDM.

      Friendly colleagues, a great opportunity to learn, good support provided by management and colleagues required to perform all responsibilities.

      Cons

      not too many cons, there was no opportunity for home office or flexible working hours, but this may change soon.

      Pros

      Good Working Enviornment with great colleagues. Trainers really care about the trainees coming through the programme and help nurture their talent. A range of large clients to help you get your foot into the door.

      Cons

      More organised consultant events so that internal people (Recruitment, Sales and Marketing) can interact with consultants in informal environments and learn more about the trainees coming through the system.
