Pros

Mantech has a higher education yearly stipend and they are partnered with Purdue for tech degrees. Also, when my contract abruptly ended I was transferred to a new department. Its always difficult when a contract ends but I am happy that Mantech was able to find me a new place at the company. It shows how they try to keep their employees.

It is not a very structured environment, and while this helps people who do not need constant supervision to complete their tasks, some employees take advantage of this situation.
