Van Horn talks about how to start small so it’s not an overwhelming mission to take on, calling out simple micro-changes you can make to get your diversity and inclusion efforts moving in the right direction.Like many tech companies, GoDaddy has publicly prioritized diversity and inclusion in recruiting and retention. And their work has paid off: in its recent annual diversity report, the company revealed that the promotions of women jumped 30% since 2016.
