They no longer offer a vested pension. Only a cash balance pension. Insurance isn’t near as good as what it has been in the past. Can’t say much good about the place. Company was great to work for 10 or so years ago but it has gone down considerably.

Health insurance benefits are decent. Retirement plan is defined contribution which is standard now. Supplemental Life options are good for employee before an Evidence of Insurability is needed, but spouse Supp Life option is minimal before the EoI is needed. Education assistance benefits are good.
