"Not a good plan. You get 1k paid to your HSA, but the deductible is 2k, so you have to add to your fsa to cover. And the out of pocket is 7k before care is "free." DTA."

There is little negotiating room in the benefits packages. The 401k and health insurance are standard but additional variety would be appreciated: stock options, performance based bonuses, vacation roll over or paid if not used, etc.
