"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

If you were hired prior to March 2011 you have a pension. If you were hired after march 2011, you have a decent 401K. Thats for the hourly people. Location is Union Reprsented thank god. Otherwise we hourly scum would have it as bad as the Salary people.
