    i was put up for promotion (first time was 6 months ago), did not expect to get promoted, and am now a manager. This will be a... memorable experience for all parties involved. My practice leads have been pinging me congratulations šŸ˜Š meanwhile I am like šŸ˜ 20% raise put me at over 150k, so thats cool to hit in my 20s

Left McK as an EM for a role that offered $325k, Iā€™m only 3 months out and competitor of company I joined wants to poach me and give 450k. I personally been enjoying my new org and itā€™s been such little time, however the jump in comp is substantial. How would you handle this?

Previous comments told me to go for Accenture ā€¦ however I am early career neurodivergent queer woman and im not sure which would be a better cultural fit if i did want to stay for a couple of years. money wise I am looking at similar pay range.

I was just terminated from the deals group. Iā€™ve let myself go in terms of my health and weight. I figured Iā€™d use a good chunk of the severance time to get in shape over the summer and focus on my health but my friends and family are pushing me to find a way to juggle both and call me crazy for taking my time. My plan is to build a morning routine of fitness and work that into my new schedule when Iā€™m rehired. Any thoughts ?
