Question/advice: If you landed a job with decent pay & benefits, however role has no growth potential & not much to do overall. (Boring & not motivating) But came across opportunities to go back to a former employer that will offer similar or better salary & to be of more value & have growth, travel in the role..Would you return to former company?! Also experience w/former employer was great-but original role was phased out due to re-org.

Hi, Has anyone worked as an EA for Somewhere (somewhere.com)? Wondering about pay and benefits. Thanks in advance!

For those landing interviews for EA or COS roles paying $100k+, are you landing them through a referral/network, LinkedIn application process, or directly applying through the company’s website?? I’m about to start the process and am feeling discouraged by how much AI has disrupted the recruiting process. It seems like open roles get flooded with applicants and strong candidates get lost in the shuffle. Hit me with your tips and tricks!

Hi. Do any of you executive assistants have company cell phones? Where I currently work, we're not required to have them, but I'm interviewing at other companies, such as banking and the EA's are required to have them. Is this a sign that the executives will be texting and calling all hours of the day??
