3M Marketing Strategist interview questions

I applied through a university job board and submitted my resume and cover letter. They provided a description of the 2 year marketing strategist/leadership development program. I was selected for an interview in about a week, and interviewed with them about 2 weeks later. The interview was with two people and lasted about a half hour. Both of the people I interviewed with were very nice, let me ask questions at the end, and were very informative in their answers. Be prepared with a marketing plan for a random product on the fly.
