3M Production Engineer interview questions

Assessment centre with about 6/7 candidates some of which were internal. Consisted of a competency based interview with 1-2 interviewers followed by an exercise in which you had to present your findings to 2-3 interviews. Following this there was a short group exercise to go through findings.
