3M Trade Expert interview questions

It was Skype interview more than 1h. The HR specialist asked traditional questions, some were the same only formulated in different way. The HM couldn't explain exact responsibilities and tasks; as they were looking for young and inexperienced specialist after few min of our interview I understood that I'm overqualified for this job. Left time we were discussing trade topics in relation to the 3M. Then only after more than one month I have received an automatic reply, that my application will not be proceeded further.
