Interview
The interview process was simple and informal. It took place in-store with the manager. We had a short one-on-one conversation where I was asked about my availability, past experience in customer service, and how I would handle certain situations. It lasted around 15–20 minutes and felt more like a casual discussion than a formal interview. The manager was friendly and focused on whether I was reliable and able to work flexible hours.

What would you do if a customer became aggressive or upset?
It's been easy just some general behavior question and situation type questions. Prioritising the work . Customer service. How to deal unwanted situations. Following the given guidlines by company on regualr basis.
