I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at 7-Eleven (Saint Petersburg, FL) in Dec 2011
Interview
The interview was boring and repetitive. They didn't ask anthem eggs about skills or abilitities, just asked if u had car and could work whenever they wanted. It was quick process like 10 minutes total in and out the door. They didn't seem to care that I'm a felon with a record, it was straight up cool!
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at 7-Eleven (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2013
Interview
Started with a phone interview. The phone interview, led to three separate interviews at the corporate office. All managers that I interviewed with seemed personable and they were looking for the right candidate to help their team.

Question 1
I was asked to describe my background and describe several scenario based instances. Specifically, how I handled each situation. Very standard and normal process.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 7-Eleven (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2015
Interview
Was professional, but intimidating with 5 interviewers at once. Everyone was very cordial, but they seemed rushed and didn't have the time to really dig into questions. Never received any further contact.
