Nothing much just asking about previous experience, how the system works. Was i thrown out of a particular employement. Etc .......................... What salary would i want, even though no negotiations are made and a general fixed salary of $9-10/hr is given.

I was told from a friend her store was looking for another employee. I contacted the franchisee and he was very pleasant to talk to. We talked about what kind of hours I was looking for and he agreed to my schedule due to schooling. I enjoy this job!

Interview

I went in the store to ask for an application. I submitted the application the next day. A couple of days later I received a call asking for me to come in. The owner was dressed in a casual pants and the 7 - Eleven uniform. I wore a dress shirt and pants.
