ADP Associate District Manager interview questions

The two people interviewing me were on their phone during the interview!! They told me they were in their last week in the sales cycle and that they might need to check their phone in case something important popped up. In my head, I was like okay rude, but little did I know the extent of it. They would ask me questions and then I'd answer and in the middle of me talking they would be checking their phone, not even looking up or acknowledging me. Not only was it outrageously rude, but also extremely distracting. Who do they think they are? Heart surgeons? Head of the FBI? What a joke of a company. The office was completely soulless- think the worst of corporate America.

Role play and panel interview with executive team is the final interview and resume questions. They also add a cultural interview which is very relaxed but gives good overview of their culture
