Interview
Simple and straight to the point. I had a screening over the phone with a recruiter and one in person and a virtual one with the Next Gen Manager. After that I was offered the position.
I applied online. I interviewed at ADP in Sep 2020
Interview
I applied online through the official website. I was emailed about a week later to set up a phone interview. I had to call and set it up and I was on hold for 10 minutes. I set up the interview for the following morning. Took about 50 minutes and the first 25 minutes was me explaining my entire resume. Then I was asked the basic interview questions. She told me I would go on to complete two assessments and asked me when I would be available for video interview. I went to complete the assessments and the next day got my rejection email.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Tempe, AZ) in Mar 2018
Interview
I applied on the careers website, where you're required to answer some basic demographic questions, as well as take a test for spelling and grammar.
Shortly thereafter, I received a confirmation via email that ADP would like to proceed with a phone interview. I was able to schedule a time that was convenient for me on the same careers portal.
After the phone interview, I was called back for an in person interview with two managers. We reviewed my resume, and answered some situational questions.
After my in person interview, the managers asked if I was able to stay to meet with one of their directors. I stayed, and the questions were very similar. I feel this is a bit out of the norm, like you're supposed to be called back a second time to meet with leadership from higher up.
A couple days later, I received a final call with a job offer. They gave me my start date of about a month out, and had me go through the background check an employment verification process.
