I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP in Mar 2017
Interview
Over the phone interview, then a meeting with the different sales managers. Interviewed with over 10 different managers and employees, then did a ride a long with an employee. While most of the interviews were very casual, it was a long process
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ADP in Apr 2017
Interview
The interview process started on the phone. The next week I had an interview in the office which went well. After that I met with two more representatives in the office. The same day they put me on some cold calls and gave me hands on experience. The whole interview process took only about a week. Ask for the job in your interview and don't be scared.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me five good traits that good for sales and five bad traits in sales and they can't be opposite.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ADP (Burnaby, BC) in Dec 2016
Interview
After initial phone screening with recruiter, the in person interview involved meeting with current employees and managers, and doing a mock call. It almost seemed like playing through levels of a video game and getting to the final boss (managers) at the end. Some stages were more "in your face," while other stages of the interview were more relaxed. Meeting with different employees tested different aspects because they each behaved very differently towards me. This may have been intentional to see how the candidate reacts under different circumstances.
