ADP Inside Sales Representative interview questions

Interview process went well. Normal questions about sales, experience, and questions about you personally. Wanted to get to know the person on a personal level. Overall the interview went over well.

The entire process was 3 interviews: - Interview with the managers: about your experience in sales, current position, why you want to join ADP, etc - role play selling ADP softwares - interview with the VP of France in this case (didn't do) The managers were very cold and rude, they make me feel like a number which is quite surprising for a company that the mission statement is human capital. I decided to not proceed with the last step
