ADP Payroll Consultant interview questions

The onboarding experience was a bit hectic in the beginning. I didn't have a laptop to work on for 2 weeks when I was hired. The recruiter definitely sold me a lie about flexible work schedule and being home shored

I had a phone interview with general questions related to my education and experience. I had a second panel interview in perso with more specific questions. Expect questions related to working with different levels of the organization, team work, organizational skills and customer service skills.
