I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ADP (San Francisco, CA) in May 2022
Interview
Very easy and quick. I had all interviews within a week of each other, 3 in total. First recruiter was very standard, tell me about yourself, your resume, why you think you'd be a good fit. Second with district manager was very laid back. Wanted to know about me and my background and less about my career. It felt like she truly wanted to get to know me and my work ethic and personality. Third with regional was also very similar and laid back. Asked about my background and why I was curious about the job but also wanted to see how I would fit in with their current team.
There is a case study/project set up which happened the following week and was given a job offer within 24 hours. Salary is higher than average in tech sales and commission is uncapped.
