I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (London, England) in Mar 2016
Interview
went through a number of hoops, a standard online application which then seemed to go into a queue. Interview over the phone with a 'recruiter' then onto the potential line manager, then two lots of 'stakeholders'. Not too onerous. The company seems to be going through some changes but what is clear is this is a US centric organisation and one that all functions play second fiddle to Sales.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at ADP
Interview
three phone interview and one face to face. the first was a screening call, the second with the management manager, the third an in person and the forth with the VP.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ADP
Interview
As there was no process defined because interview was for a start up team.
Here they did not have an idea of what skills they were looking for.So it was quite easy to crack.
