ADP Software Engineer interview questions

had an interview in person. There are technical and behavioral parts. For the technical part, they asked 2 leetcode easy questions and i had to do them on a white board

What am I looking for in a job. My answer was I want to be challenged but also paid adequately for that challenge. Very thorough interview process. Phone interview followed by 1 hour in person interview with two managers. I could tell they were looking for specific answers/behaviors.
