First interview focused on fit. Second interview was a power market case study. The case was given to me a few days beforehand. Took quite some time to prepare. During the second interview, I had to give a 20-minute presentation of my case study results. Interviewers asked technical questions afterwards, then they later asked general questions about my experiences and motivation.
