Interview
Initial application form with questions on why you believe you're suitable for the role etc, followed by competency questions and a situational strengths test. The next stage is a online video interview where you are given several questions with between 30 seconds to a minute to answer. E.g. Introduce yourself, Explain why you want to work for Aldi, What did you find interesting about the company based on your research?

Interview
I am currently awaiting the results from my video interview. The initial application form involves some competency based questions, such as what experience do you have of Aldi? What do you know about Aldi? And describe a challenging experience you have undergone and what was the outcome?
I then took a series of aptitude tests and a video interview. The video interview consisted of 10 questions, with little time to prepare between each question.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at ALDI (London, England) in Jun 2013
Interview
Group interview, one to one and then 1:1. It was complete waste of my time when I attended the group interview as it was not helpful for me or Aldi to identify skill or experience. One to one was not structured and therefore was also not conducive to get good candidate. And last interview was not an interview at all but to check whether the director liked you or not.
