I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Southport, England) in Jan 2016
Interview
Interviewed at the Southport store by the Area Manager- 15 mins in all, talk about yourself, what you know about the company and the role itself before a maths test. Left alone to answer ten written questions with a five minute time limit. Finally, asked if any further questions and then informed of the process- email with a week offering a trial or rejection- sadly got the latter.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ALDI (Plymouth, England) in Oct 2014
Interview
It was a group interview in a room of about 10-20 people depending what day your interview had been scheduled for. You were first asked if you knew much info about the company (regional manager present - seemed quit friendly), obviously it looks better if you know a thing or two. You were then split into to groups and tasked with creating a new product that the company could sell, you then had to say why it was good (sell it) and how much it would cost etc. Then you were finally interviewed individually whilst the other members waited anxiously outside and finally told if they were going to take you on or not.
