I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Westbury, South West England, England) in May 2025
Interview
You get a link to do an online interview where they ask you who you are, why you want to work for Aldi, a time you received good customer service etc and you upload videos. Next you get invited for an interview, just sort of a chat why you want to work there, a bit about yourself, what you know about Aldi etc. Next you get invited back for an experience day, they ask again what you know, why you want to work there, aboy about you then take you on a tour of the store telling you how eveything works, where eveything is, what days what happens, what times things happen at. finally you stand with a memeber of staff who’s walking and watch over what they’re doing, they will talk you through it, I then got put out on shop floor with the store manager who took me around and he took me through the process of stacking shelves.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Ledbury, England) in Jul 2021
Interview
The interview was poor. It was just on a pre-recorded set of questions, I felt no benefit to it. I would prefer to talk face-to-face with someone, that way you can find out more about the job
Applied online and given trial shift. Questioned about prior experiences and aspirations. Met with manager and talked about values and expectations for the role. Felt excessive if I was jonest for the job.
