Interview process was ridiculus. First i comleted my online assessment then a video interview . After that i got an email to book my interview which was rescheduled 2 times by emloyer. Then i was invited in individual intervew. It took only 15 minutes. Area manger asked me few questions. It seems like she already made her decision.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ALDI (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2025
Interview
Online application. Submission of videos answering text questions. Interview with the Area manager. An interview with the store manager is supposed to happen after this. Apparently they want you to renounce to all your goals and say that you want to stock shelves and attend tills the rest of your life. Took them 6 days to inform me being rejected. It took 2 days for Amazon to hire me. Ridiculous process for position where you'll be stocking shelves.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Biddulph, England) in Jan 2025
Interview
Very informal sit down with the Area Manager, reviewed my CV, questioned what I know about Aldi, asked what I expected to do on an average day. What i would expect to see in a supermarket, cleanliness, clear Isles, products neat and tidy on display, staff looking busy, not playing on phones, etc.
