ALDI Assistant Store interview questions

You apply online, send your CV in. You get given a virtual interview with a bot, and if you pass you make it to the in person interview. If they like you they will take you for an induction around the store and give you a rundown of what you can expect.

It was comfortable and the questions made sense for the position i applied to.The interviewer was kind and answered any questions i had pertaining to working hours, pay and flexibility in scheduling.
