ALDI Assistant Store interview questions

2. Tell about ourselves (excluding qualifications and experience that she already knew about)

3. How many hours are we happy to work for (don't think it mattered, she could only give us 25h)

4. Group exercise: prioritise tasks/responsibilities, each was given in A4 paper and we had to put it in order of preference (examples included health and safety, delivering excellent customer service, knowing the targets of the shop, knowing where everything is in the shop floor). We had 5 minutes only and it was a team effort. We then had to explain why we picked the first 2 and why the last one. Difficult choice since democratically we elected knowing where everything is in the shop as being last (which I opposed since for efficiency it was more important than knowing the targets, and somehow I ended up trying to defend it)

5. A quick exercise resembling the online ones (calculations of change, identifying product codes and names)
