I applied through other source. I interviewed at ALDI (Toledo, OH) in Jul 2015
Interview
Usually you will have an interview with the store manager and they will ask you very generic questions (they literally have a list they are reading off of). If the store manager likes you then you'll have a second interview with the district manager (dont let them fool you, they're evil) usually the second interview is more filling out paperwork and making sure you're prepared for what's to come. You'll be scheduled a "welcome day" when you'll travel to the nearest Aldi warehouse to tour and a couple store managers and district manager will be there to talk over the technical stuff. You will not be the only one there. Then the store manager will (hopefully) contact you with your schedule that would/should start the next week. About a 2 period before you actually start working.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ALDI (Saint Louis, MO) in Apr 2016
Interview
I got an application in store because ALDI does not do online applications. I got a call from the District Manager and then came to the store a few days later for the interview. The interview had basic questions and I was hired on the spot. I went to get my drug test the same day as the interview.
