ALDI Cashier interview questions

wasnt hard, but they were kinda off about if there was room to improve. I have my BA and would like to get into the finance part of Aldi but seemed impossible to go from clerk to HQ.

I applied online on the 10th and 9 days later I received a call from the district manager to go instore for an interview with the store manager the next day. When I showed up, there was someone being interviewed so I had to wait a bit. She didn't really ask me any behavioral questions like I thought, she just went over the job and what I would be doing, my previous work history, hours, dress code, and if I can handle rude customers and turn their frowns upside down. Afterwards, she said that I could be getting a call by the end of the week from the district manager for a 2nd interview. On the 23rd, the DM called me and asked to talk a bit over the phone. He just went over my work history and asked if I ever worked on the register and if I ever had to be talked to about any cash shortages. He then said that the SM had good things to say about me and he wanted to extend a job offer but I would have to pass a background check (criminal). Received the 2 emails for the check and to fill out new hire info that same day and on Tues the 26th, got a call from the DM that everything went well and I start next week.
