I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI in Sep 2014
Interview
I applied through my university and got the interview. The interviewer was curt and it was obvious she did not want to be there. I attempted many times to engage her in conversation but she showed no interest. I ended up getting invited for the next round of interviews, but I had already accepted another offer.

Interview
4 rounds. Campus interviews with division VP. Then group interview with other candidates at the division office. Talked to 4 different people, took a tour of the facility, and went to lunch with everyone. 3rd round was 1on1 with district manager as a shadowing day. 4th round was with the VP again, but this was basically just to make sure I understood everything that was involved with the job. Offer was presented during the 4th interview.

Interview
This interview was from a career fair and was for their district manager trainee program. The job itself has very rewarding benefits and it seems like a great company to work for. Challenging interview that focused on instances in past experience that I had to deal with. Interviewer was very thorough and was very trained in the process of candidate screening.
