I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Streatham, England) in Jun 2018
Interview
Online application was very time consuming and asked alot of questions, there was also a maths test and questionnaire. Then I was invited in for an Individual Assessment with the Area Manager, that last 5 minutes or less. He was very informal, didn't care, asked me very pathetic questions that I already had answered online! I knew from I left his office I wouldn't get the job due to his attitude. He scrolled through his phone most of the time I was talking.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Indianapolis, IN) in Aug 2014
Interview
Interview with DM. Basic questions about customer service, previous employment, criminal background. You should dress nice. Business casual, no jeans and tennis shoes or flip flops. Not a job for the faint of heart! Very hard work at a very fast pace.

It was early in the morning. Several people were already there filling out their application. Two Aldi representatives were sitting behind a table. Only one spoke to me and reviewed my documents.
